1. Overview
At Ubenie, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our AI-powered SEO content generation platform. We offer a 60-day results-based refund guarantee because we believe our Service delivers real, measurable value. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. 60-Day Results Guarantee
If you purchase credits and use the Service to generate and publish content, and you see no results whatsoever within 60 days of your purchase, you may request a refund of that purchase.
For the purposes of this policy, "results" means any measurable positive outcome attributable to content generated through the Service, including but not limited to:
- Any of your published articles appearing in search engine results (indexed by Google or other search engines)
- Any increase in organic search traffic to your website from content generated by the Service
- Any keyword rankings achieved by content generated through the Service, at any position
- Any impressions, clicks, or other engagement recorded in Google Search Console or equivalent analytics tools for content created using the Service
To be clear: if you see any results at all, even partial or early-stage results (such as a single article being indexed, a single keyword ranking at any position, or any measurable increase in traffic or impressions), the results guarantee has been satisfied and a refund under this section would not apply.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our 60-day results guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Active usage: You must have actively used the Service during the 60-day period. This means you must have generated articles using your purchased credits and published them to a live, publicly accessible website.
- Content published: At least three (3) articles generated by the Service must have been published on your website and remained live and accessible to search engines for the duration of the 60-day period.
- Proper setup: Your website must have been properly configured for search engine indexing (not blocked by robots.txt, noindex tags, or other technical barriers that prevent search engines from crawling and indexing your content).
- Timely request: The refund request must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the 60-day period (i.e., no later than 67 days after the original purchase date).
- First purchase only: The 60-day results guarantee applies to your first credit purchase only. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for this guarantee.
- Good faith: You must have used the Service in good faith and in accordance with our Terms of Service. Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations are not eligible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of your purchase
- The URLs of the published articles generated using the Service
- Evidence that the articles have been published and accessible for the full 60-day period (such as Google Search Console data, publication dates, or cached versions)
- Evidence that no results were achieved (such as Google Search Console screenshots showing zero impressions and zero clicks for the relevant content)
We will review your request within 10 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the review process.
5. Refund Amount and Method
Approved refunds will be for the full amount of the eligible purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Upon issuing a refund, the credits associated with the refunded purchase will be deducted from your account. If you have already consumed more credits than were included in the refunded purchase, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund or to adjust your credit balance accordingly.
6. Situations Not Covered
This refund policy does not apply in the following situations:
- Content was generated but not published to a live website
- Published content was removed, made private, or blocked from search engine indexing before the end of the 60-day period
- The website where content was published has technical issues that prevent search engine crawling or indexing (such as robots.txt blocks, noindex directives, server errors, or domain expiry)
- Results were achieved but did not meet your personal expectations (any measurable result satisfies the guarantee)
- The refund request is made after the 67-day deadline (60 days + 7-day grace period)
- Credits were purchased for the purpose of testing the Service without genuine intent to use the generated content
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- The purchase in question is not your first credit purchase
7. Discretionary Refunds
Outside of the 60-day results guarantee, refunds are generally not provided for used credits, as credit-based digital services are consumed upon use. However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a significant Service malfunction that prevented you from using purchased credits. 8. Unused Credits
Credits that have been purchased but not yet used are not automatically eligible for a refund. If you have unused credits and wish to request a refund before using them, please contact us at [email protected]. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
9. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we have reasonable grounds to believe the refund policy is being abused. This includes, but is not limited to, patterns of repeated purchases and refund requests, creating multiple accounts to exploit the first-purchase guarantee, or deliberately preventing content from being indexed to manufacture a refund claim. We may also limit or revoke refund eligibility for users who engage in such behavior.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for future purchases.
